Tittle format: Tittle (Year) [Quality]
Cover/Picture of your stuff. (If cover of movie: u can use "[MC]" tag)
Your post tittle and file information (if movie then: tittle, quality, size, format, number of pages, hoster, year, language... [you can post not all this infos]; if music, then bitrate [is necessary], size... and so on with other releases).
Description (emphasise some key words!).
All links to releases must be here.

Requirements in your post:

Don't hide download links
Always use "[CODE]" tag for download link
Rapidshare, Megaupload, Mediafire, Hotfile link. If you don't have anyone of them, your post will be removed.
