In a rural province, a 14 year old girl has disappeared! Hee-jin’s sibling So-jin lived with her mother who is obsessed with the church. One day Hee-jin receives news that her sister has disappeared and hurriedly returns home from her college in Seoul. When she arrives home she finds her mother constantly praying for So-jin’s return.
Police investigator Tae-hwan, assumes that this is just another teenage runaway case. During that time a will left for So-jin by Jung-mi, a young girl who jumped to her death from the roof of the apartment is found. The security guard and residents of the apartment tell ‘Hee-Jin’ and ‘Tae-hwan that So-jin was possessed and the two are left in disarray. Later they find out that Jung-mi was a member of the church Hee-jin and So-jin’s mother attends and the next day the security guard is found dead. Their mother refuses to say anything and only resorts to praying. What the Hell happened on the day So-jin disappeared?
